Qualifying factors

I reserve the right to decline performing the support services based on any of the following qualifying factors. This doesn’t mean that I will decline to serve if any of the following are identified. I still may be willing to still help you, but on a more limited basis.

• There is no will
• There is no lawyer identified and none is planned to be obtained for legal services

Other qualifying factors

• I reserve the right to discontinue services at any point where unscrupulous &/or illegal activities are identified
• I serve you as coach to help you execute the duties of executor, personal representative, successor trustee to serve the decedent’s will and serve the beneficiaries of the estate. If at any time it is identified that you are not executing these duties honestly, fairly or legally, I will discontinue support and invoice you for services rendered.

Responsibilities

• I am not legally responsible for the execution of the estate
• I am responsible for helping guide the executor through the process
• I will not act as executor on behalf of the executor or the estate, open any accounts on the behalf of the estate, or take any legal actions on behalf of the estate.

• We are dedicated to avoiding any conflicts of interest. If a potential conflict of interest arises, we will disclose it promptly and take appropriate steps to ensure that the client’s and estate’s best interests are prioritized.
